Welcome to Rejuvenation Gypsy. By booking an appointment, purchasing products or services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Rejuvenation Gypsy provides massage, bodywork, wellness and related services. All treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings, with the full treatment fee still applicable.

3. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or at the completion of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept approved payment methods as displayed in studio or on our website.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that life happens and appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the full session cost.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Health and Medical Information

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies prior to treatment.

  • Rejuvenation Gypsy reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • By receiving a treatment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Client Conduct

  • Rejuvenation Gypsy provides a professional and respectful environment at all times.

  • Inappropriate behaviour, language or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full fee payable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these standards.

6A. No Sexual Services Policy

Rejuvenation Gypsy is a professional wellness practice. We do not offer, provide, or tolerate any form of sexual, erotic, or sensual massage or services, including but not limited to sexual touching, sexual acts, or requests of a sexual nature.

Any suggestion, request, gesture, or behaviour perceived to be sexual or inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full fee payable, and may result in refusal of future bookings. Where necessary, such behaviour may be reported to relevant authorities.

All treatments are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the voucher and cannot be extended unless required by law.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Retail Products

  • All retail product purchases are final unless the product is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Products must be used as directed. Rejuvenation Gypsy is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or undisclosed sensitivities.

9. CCTV and On-Site Security

CCTV cameras operate in public areas of the premises, such as entrances and retail spaces, for safety and security purposes.

  • No cameras are installed in treatment rooms or private areas.

  • Footage is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Rejuvenation Gypsy is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from services provided, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • Clients agree that they receive treatments at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent nature of wellness services.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for general information purposes only.

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.

  • Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

Rejuvenation Gypsy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
