A gentle one hour introduction for new mums and their babies, offered free as part of our community outreach program.

Jessica Salem, a Child and Family Mental Health Practitioner from UnitingCare Wesley Bowden, will guide a small group of 8 to 10 mums and babies through a short massage sequence for the legs, abdomen, chest and back. You will also learn about your baby's cues and communication, and how to adapt the massage to suit them.

Please bring a change mat, a towel, a blanket and the moisturiser or oil you currently use. If you would like to use a new product, please patch test it at least 48 hours before the session. You are also welcome to massage your baby clothed, without any product.
